Images and any extra files should be sent via WeTransfer to celebrations@thegrataagency.com, referencing your grata order number or funeral director order number and the name of your loved one.

We advise ordering your booklets at least 10-14 days before your ceremony.

Refunds can be offered within 14 days of delivery for faulty items. Returns are not permitted except to prove fault.
